Booking, Rates & Changes
Do you offer multi day booking?
We offer 1 day, multi day and multi week bookings. The longer you book, the more discount you get
Can I cancel or modify my reservation?
Yes, you can cancel or modify your reservation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time without any additional fees. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more details.
Is there a deposit required?
Yes, we place a temporary hold on your card. The amount varies depending on the trailer type and is displayed at checkout before payment is collected.
Are there any extra charges?
No, there are no extra charges. All necessary equipment is included in the rental price.
How do I check rates and open dates?
Every trailer shows its live daily rate and open dates in the online booking calendar, both on its own page and on the All Trailers page.
Pickup, Hours & Travel
Where can I find your trailers?
All trailers are kept at our lot at 340 Pennsylvania Ave, Osprey, FL 34229.
What are your hours?
We are open Daily 8 AM to 7 PM. Booking is online, so you can reserve a trailer ahead and pick it up during those hours.
Can I take the trailer out of state?
Yes, we charge based on rental time, not mileage.
Towing, Insurance & Requirements
Will my vehicle be able to tow the trailer?
Most modern 1/4 ton trucks are capable of towing around 10,000 pounds and all of our units are under that weight. You have to factor in the weight of your load aside from the weight of the trailer and confirm the towing capacity for your truck. We can help you figure out exactly what you can tow when booking
Is a special license required to tow a trailer?
No special licenses are required for personal use.
Do I need insurance?
Yes, your automobile insurance should cover anything you tow. You would need to confirm with them before you tow.
Are tie downs or straps included with the trailer rental?
Yes, all straps are included with our car haulers.
Trailers & Equipment
Which trailers does SRQ Trailer Rentals rent?
A 20' car hauler, a 22' car hauler, a 7x16 utility trailer, and a 6x8 utility trailer. Each has its own page with specs, photos, and live booking.
Do the car haulers have winches?
Yes. The 20' car hauler has a 9500 lb winch and the 22' car hauler has a 12000 lb winch. Both have ramps, electric brakes, a spare tire, and straps included.
How are the car haulers equipped?
The 20' car hauler is 7x20 with two 3500 lb axles, electric brakes, 10 ply tires, 2 ramps and a tool box with straps and tools. The 22' car hauler is 8.5x22 with two 5000 lb axles, electric brakes and 14 ply tires.
What are the utility trailers like?
The 7x16 utility trailer has two 3500 lb axles, 10 ply tires, a spare tire, and a drop gate with side ramps. The 6x8 utility trailer has a single drop ramp, ratchet straps included, and a 1250 lb capacity.
