Our home base on the Gulf Coast between Sarasota and Venice, near Oscar Scherer State Park, Casey Key and the Legacy Trail.

The Sarasota County seat and the largest city we serve, on Sarasota Bay. US 41, the Tamiami Trail, runs south from downtown toward our lot.
Venice
The Gulf Coast city just south of Osprey, known for its beaches and downtown shops along Venice Avenue. US 41 links it straight to our lot.
Fruitville
An unincorporated community east of Sarasota along Fruitville Road, close to the I-75 interchange.
Palmer Ranch
A large master-planned community just north of Osprey, and one of the closest areas to our lot.

A residential community in south Sarasota County, a short run from US 41 and I-75.

Osprey's southern neighbor, with the Legacy Trail rail trail running through the area and Laurel Road reaching I-75.
