Rental Agreement Terms

By submitting this reservation form, you acknowledge that you will be responsible for:

  • Returning the trailer in the same condition as received
  • Any damage to the trailer during the rental period
  • Securing the trailer properly to your vehicle
  • Following all traffic laws and regulations while towing

Insurance Requirements

All renters must provide:

  • Valid driver's license
  • Proof of auto insurance that covers trailer towing
  • Security deposit (refundable upon return of undamaged trailer)

Additional Fees

Please be aware of the following potential additional charges:

  • 7% sales tax will be applied to all rentals
  • Late return fee: $50 per day
  • Cleaning fee: $35 (if returned excessively dirty)
  • Damage repair: Varies based on assessment
  • Lost equipment replacement: Varies based on item
